Riyadh: His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, sent a cable of congratulations to Mark Carney on the formation of the new government under his leadership and his swearing-in as prime minister of Canada.
According to Saudi Press Agency, HRH the Crown Prince expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes for Carney's success and prosperity and continued progress and advancement for the people of Canada.
