Riyadh: His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, has sent a cable of congratulations to President Edgars Rinkevics of the Republic of Latvia on his country's Independence Day.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the Crown Prince expressed his wishes for President Rinkevics' continued good health and happiness. He also extended his hopes for steady progress and prosperity for the government and people of Latvia.
