The human resources development fund contributed to the employment of 329:he Human Resources Development Fund contributed to the employment of 329,000 Saudi citizens in the labor market during the first half of 2026, recording a 23% increase compared with the first half of 2025.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the fund announced that total direct support provided to individuals and establishments benefiting from its training, empowerment, and guidance programs and products during the same period amounted to some SAR4.9 billion. The total number of beneficiaries of its services and programs exceeded 1.69 million Saudi citizens, reflecting the fund's expanding developmental impact on individuals, establishments, and the labor market.

The number of establishments benefiting from the fund's services exceeded 171,000 across various regions and economic sectors of the Kingdom, representing a 25% increase compared with the same period last year. Small, medium-sized, and micro enterprises accounted for 95% of total beneficiary establishments. This underscores the fund's continued support for private-sector growth, enabling businesses to attract and qualify national talent and enhancing their contribution to economic development and job creation.
