Human Resources Ministry Launches Comprehensive Plan for Hajj Season

Jeddah: The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has launched its comprehensive operational plan for the 1447 AH Hajj season, implementing integrated organizational, supervisory, and social initiatives in coordination with relevant authorities to enhance services for pilgrims across the holy sites.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the plan includes expanded digital services through the ministry's unified application, especially for older people and people with disabilities. These services provide sign language interpretation, visual assistance, navigation support, and emergency response to ensure accessibility and ease of use.

The ministry has also introduced volunteer initiatives offering guidance, hospitality, and field support to pilgrims, reflecting strong community participation during Hajj.

In addition, private childcare centers in Makkah and Madinah are fully prepared to care for the children of pilgrims and workers, offering safe environments and supervised activities to help families perform their rituals comfortably.

Multilingual awareness campaigns have also been launched to educate pilgrims about the risks of begging, promote official donation channels, and encourage the use of reporting mechanisms, thereby supporting compliance and safety.

These efforts align with Saudi Vision 2030 and the ministry's commitment to improving service quality and ensuring a safe, smooth, and accessible Hajj experience.
