Makkah: The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development is supervising more than 30 licensed childcare centers across Makkah and Madinah to support families during the 1447 AH Hajj season. Designed to accommodate up to 900 children, these specialized facilities offer structured educational and recreational environments for the children of pilgrims, Umrah performers, and seasonal field staff.
According to Saudi Press Agency, by providing a secure, professionally monitored space for children, the initiative actively reduces logistical burdens on families. This allows parents to focus entirely on their field duties or spiritual rituals with peace of mind, while advancing the pilgrim experience objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
