Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud University Promotes Arabic Language Education, Global Presence

Riyadh: Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University President Dr. Ahmed Al-Ameri launched a series of strategic initiatives Tuesday to enhance Arabic language education and strengthen its presence both locally and internationally.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the first of these initiatives, launched by the College of Arabic Language, targets international scholarship students, empowering them to use Arabic in diverse settings, enhancing their creative writing skills, and supporting their talents by publishing poetry collections.

The initiative involves engaging students in national and international events and building connections with scholarship alumni to strengthen the future impact of the Arabic language in their home countries.

The initiatives will open new horizons for university students by combining linguistic enrichment, academic empowerment, and skill development.

They aim to equip students with evolving knowledge tools that align with future aspirations and Saudi Vision 2030. The initiatives encompass language proficiency, academic guidance, cultural engagement, and the historical documentation of the College of Arabic Language's role in promoting the Arabic language.
