Imam Turki Royal Reserve Completes Grazing Program Phase

Riyadh:Imam Turki bin Abdullah Royal Nature Reserve: The third phase of the 2026 seasonal grazing program has been concluded by the Imam Turki bin Abdullah Royal Nature Reserve Development Authority. This program, spanning from July 1 to the end of September, was designed to balance pasture use while conserving natural resources within the reserve.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the program was guided by scientific and environmental criteria, focusing on the rangeland's carrying capacity and vegetation cover. These measures were intended to regulate grazing, prevent unsustainable practices, aid in pasture regeneration, and ensure sustainability.

The authority highlighted that the initiative reflects a commitment to involving the local community in the protection of natural resources, advocating for responsible and sustainable practices.
