It also includes strengthening business continuity and readiness through advanced disaster recovery and digital risk management capabilities to ensure service reliability and uninterrupted delivery.
Both sides are additionally working to integrate artificial intelligence and emerging technologies into the institute's platforms and services, supporting improved user experience and raising the quality of electronic services. This cooperation reflects the institute's commitment to developing its digital infrastructure and adopting the best global practices, supporting the public sector and advancing the government work ecosystem in the Kingdom.
