Integrated Services at Miqat Dhu Al-Hulayfah Ensure Smooth Pilgrim Departure to Makkah

Riyadh: Miqat Dhu Al-Hulayfah experienced a high volume of pilgrim movement yesterday as crowds departed for Makkah and the holy sites to commence their Hajj rituals. This massive transit operation was supported by a comprehensive operational framework that successfully facilitated movement and optimized traffic flow.

According to Saudi Press Agency, following Friday prayers, the site saw a significant surge in bus arrivals. Through seamless inter-agency coordination, authorities effectively managed the rapid influx of pilgrims and vehicles, successfully mitigating congestion across vast parking zones and access roads. Inside the Miqat mosque, specialized personnel were heavily deployed to provide organizational and religious guidance, ensuring efficient crowd management for the departing worshippers.

Beyond the Miqat boundaries, security, health, and emergency agencies are actively executing comprehensive field plans to secure the pilgrims' journey along the highway network connecting to the holy sites. These robust proactive measures include the strategic deployment of medical convoys and emergency response teams equipped for rapid intervention throughout the route.
