Makkah: Ministry of Interior Undersecretary for Security Capabilities Eng. Khalid Al-Rasheed visited the Unified Security Operations Center (911) in Makkah Region. During the visit, the undersecretary toured the center's departments and reviewed workflow mechanisms, as well as procedures for handling reports and calls received by the center and referring them to the competent authority as quickly as possible, while following up on them through completion with precision and high professionalism.
According to Saudi Press Agency, this process is carried out in accordance with the latest unified technological systems to provide high-quality services to pilgrims in multiple languages around the clock. The Unified Security Operations Center (911) in Makkah Region serves Makkah city and 16 governorates. It has unified the operations of 47 operations rooms into a single location under a single emergency number (911). It is responsible for receiving all emergency calls related to a number of security and service entities.
