Hanoi:The Islamic Development Bank Group's Chairman, Dr. Muhammad Al Jasser, met with Indonesian Finance Minister Professor Suahasil Nazara to discuss strategic initiatives in Indonesia.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the discussions focused on the bank's ongoing projects in the country, which are valued at approximately $1.8 billion. Both parties explored strategies to enhance the implementation and impact of these projects.
Dr. Al Jasser emphasized the bank's dedication to maintaining a close partnership with the Indonesian government. This collaboration is part of a longstanding relationship between Indonesia and the Islamic Development Bank, with total approvals from the bank amounting to about $7.2 billion over more than five decades.
