Jeddah-- President of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Dr. Muhammad Al-Jasser received, in Jeddah yesterday, Special Envoy of the President of the African Development Bank and Global Champion for the Alliance for Green Infrastructure in Africa Amadou Hott.
Talks during the meeting went over means to enhance partnership for green infrastructure in Africa.
The meeting is part of the strategic goals to enhance green economic growth and build resilience, where IsDB, in cooperation with partners, is committed to allocating 35% of operations to finance climate by 2025.
Al-Jasser stressed the importance of partners in supporting African member countries in providing a suitable environment, mobilizing capital markets, and benefiting from partnerships and community-led initiatives.
