Islamic Affairs Minister Launches Digital Card Device for Islamic Electronic Library

Riyadh: Minister of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, and General Supervisor of the General Secretariat for Islamic Awareness for Hajj, Umrah, and Visitation Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al Alsheikh launched the digital card device for the Islamic Electronic Library at the ministry's headquarters today. This initiative is part of the ministry's plan to provide dawah and awareness programs for pilgrims during the 1447 AH Hajj season.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the device enhances the efficiency of distributing the ministry's scientific and dawah content. It allows for fast and easy distribution of digital cards and supports the expansion of digital platforms in line with Saudi Vision 2030.

The device supports four languages in its first phase and can distribute more than 2,000 cards daily. It features high storage capacity, instant adjustment of card quantities, and periodic statistics extraction. Additionally, it includes user satisfaction measurement systems and special card designs for national and religious occasions. The compact size of the device makes it suitable for use at various locations, and it is available round-the-clock.
