Islamic Affairs Ministry Enhances Awareness Services for Pilgrims at Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz International Airport

Madinah: The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, represented by its branch in Madinah Region, is actively continuing to provide awareness and guidance services to pilgrims arriving at Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz International Airport. These services are delivered through designated awareness points located in Arrival Halls (1) and (5), as part of the ministry's ongoing initiative to assist visitors and Umrah performers, guiding them to perform their rituals in accordance with the Prophet's Sunnah.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the services include distributing a variety of guidance booklets and brochures in multiple international languages such as Arabic, Urdu, Pashto, English, Indonesian, Russian, and Persian. This initiative aims to cater to the diverse nationalities of pilgrims, ensuring they have access to authentic religious information. The publications provided include "A Brief Guide to the Description of Hajj, Umrah and Visit," in addition to a pilgrim and Umrah performer's guide, as well as brochures elucidating the rites of Umrah and selected supplications. These resources are designed to enhance visitors' understanding of the rulings and etiquettes of the rituals in a straightforward and accessible way.

Additionally, the ministry has made available a QR code for the Islamic Electronic Library, granting beneficiaries access to a broad spectrum of reliable books and scholarly materials in several languages. This initiative is aimed at promoting continuous engagement with digital religious content.

These initiatives are part of the ministry's broader awareness programs implemented at entry points and locations with high volumes of pilgrims, underscoring its commitment to promoting moderation and providing top-notch awareness services. These efforts are intended to facilitate the performance of rituals with ease and tranquility.
