Abidjan: The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, through its Religious Attach© in the Republic of Ivory Coast, is actively organizing daily iftar meals for those fasting during the holy month of Ramadan 1446 AH. This initiative is part of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' iftar program.
According to Saudi Press Agency, an iftar meal was organized on Monday at Al-Ridwane Mosque in Abidjan, the capital of Ivory Coast, serving nearly 300 people. The initiative aims to continue providing iftar meals until the end of Ramadan across various mosques in the country.
The program includes distribution at several mosques, such as Al-Salam Mosque, Uthman Bin Affan Mosque, Dar Al-Hadith Mosque, Isaac Bekaiko Mosque, Omar Bin Al-Khattab Mosque, the Great Mosque in Bouak©, the Great Mosque in Korhogo, the Islamic Sciences Mosque, and the Ahl al-Sunnah Mosque in Agboville. By the conclusion of the program, it is anticipated that nearly 3,000 people will have benefited from these arrangements.
