Jazan: Jazan Municipality has launched a wide range of initiatives and events to celebrate the holy month of Ramadan, aiming to enrich the festive atmosphere, enhance the urban environment, and promote community and recreational activities across the region.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the initiatives include the establishment of 26 Ramadan markets, nine sports and cultural tournaments, the preparation of 450 parks and playgrounds, and the development of 534 mosque courtyards.
In addition, 2,175 streets and squares have been decorated to reflect the spiritual significance of Ramadan and enhance the aesthetics of public spaces. Approximately 50,000 Iftar meals will be distributed in various locations as part of social solidarity efforts.
The municipality emphasized its commitment to integrating municipal services, preparing public facilities, and intensifying inspection tours to ensure a safe, organized, and high-quality experience for residents and visitors throughout Ramadan, supporting the region's overall quality of life.
