Riyadh: Under the directives and supervision of Governor of Jazan Region and Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of Jazan Region Development Strategic Office Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Mohammed bin Abdulaziz, development efforts across the region continue to accelerate through an integrated framework led by the office, which is closely monitoring the implementation of major strategic projects to enhance execution efficiency and support the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 for sustainable regional development.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the office is overseeing 38 strategic projects across multiple sectors, in coordination with relevant government entities, to ensure work progresses on schedule, address implementation challenges, and improve delivery efficiency, thereby maximizing the projects' developmental impact across the region.
As part of its field oversight, the office has conducted more than 200 site visits to monitor project progress, assess implementation rates, support executing entities, enhance performance quality, and ensure project objectives are achieved in line with the highest standards.
These efforts aim to bring about a qualitative transformation in Jazan's infrastructure, regulate urban growth, improve the built environment, support and stimulate the private sector, and create an attractive investment climate that attracts high-quality investments and unlocks promising economic and development opportunities.
The projects overseen by the office constitute a key pillar in enhancing quality of life by developing services and public facilities and improving the efficiency of cities and governorates, in line with the region's population and economic growth.
