Jazan Streets Adorned with Blooming Royal Poinciana Trees

Jazan: The royal poinciana (Delonix regia) is currently in full bloom across Jazan Region, spreading vibrant red hues along streets, squares, and gardens, reflecting the region's rich botanical diversity and warm coastal climate.

According to Saudi Press Agency, one of the most prominent ornamental and shade trees in tropical and subtropical regions, the royal poinciana reaches heights of 15 to 18 meters with a wide, spreading crown. Its flowers bloom in large, bright clusters during summer, making it a striking visual landmark throughout the season.

During its flowering season, the royal poinciana enriches Jazan's urban landscape, improves quality of life and supports Saudi Vision 2030's goals of humanizing cities and developing the urban environment.
