Jeddah: The first day of the First Conference of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Saudi Universities, organized by King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, featured three scientific sessions and 13 workshops, bringing together researchers, specialists from academic institutions, and local and international think tanks.
According to Saudi Press Agency, researchers explored a range of topics, including the economic impact of university business accelerators, the development of performance indicators to enhance entrepreneurial sustainability, and the role of generative AI in fostering an innovative and creative university environment.
The sessions also delved into the latest trends and practices in innovation and entrepreneurial transformation within universities, alongside international research on entrepreneurial opportunities in AI-driven supply chains.
The conference continues today with additional sessions and workshops, further advancing its themes of supporting research, fostering innovation, and stimulating the knowledge economy, featuring a distinguished lineup of local and international speakers.
