Jordan Condemns Houthi Militia Attacks on Saudi Arabia

Amman: The Jordanian government today condemned the Houthi militia's targeting of civilians in the cities of Khamis Mushait, Abha, and Taif in Saudi Arabia with ballistic missiles and drones.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates official spokesperson Ambassador Fuad Al-Majali described these actions as a flagrant violation of the Kingdom's sovereignty, a threat to its security, stability, and territorial integrity, and a gross breach of international law and the UN Charter.

He affirmed Jordan's absolute solidarity with Saudi Arabia and its support for all measures the Kingdom takes to protect its security, stability, assets, and the safety of its citizens and residents.
