Kidana Advances Emergency Hospital Project in Mina

Mina: Kidana Development Company announced the continuation of the second phase of the Emergency Hospital project in Mina in cooperation with the Ministry of Health, as part of efforts to enhance medical readiness for serving pilgrims.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the second phase of the project for the 1447 AH Hajj season included the construction of three floors and an annex with a total area of 18,000 square meters. The hospital was also connected to Mina Emergency Hospital 1 through a dedicated bridge to support integrated services.

The hospital's capacity was increased to 400 beds as part of the expansion, building on the first phase, which covered an area of 5,300 square meters and accommodated 200 beds during the 1446 AH Hajj season.

The expansion aims to strengthen the healthcare system's ability to handle emergency cases and provide urgent medical care near pilgrims' gathering areas in Mina during the Hajj season.
