Kidana Completes Second Phase of Mina Restroom Development Project

Aseer: Kidana Development Company has completed the second phase of the two-story restroom complexes project in Mina, part of its strategic plans to enhance sanitary infrastructure efficiency and develop service facilities to meet pilgrims' needs.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the company stated that this phase involved replacing existing single-story restroom facilities with 18 modern two-story units, adding to the 61 facilities completed and developed during the 1446 AH Hajj season. This brings the total number of developed complexes to 79, comprising 7,838 restroom units. This development represents a quadrupling of capacity compared to last year and a 75% reduction in waiting time while maintaining pilgrims' accommodation space.

The project primarily aims to double the capacity of sanitary facilities in proportion to pilgrim numbers, contributing to reducing waiting periods and pressure on existing facilities and ensuring the provision of high-quality, clean, and sustainable services.
