KSrelief Advances Infrastructure Rehabilitation in Syria’s Rif Dimashq

Riyadh: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has been actively progressing with its efforts to rehabilitate a school and various community facilities in Arbin, located within the Rif Dimashq Governorate in Syria.

According to Saudi Press Agency, several field activities took place in May 2026. These activities included comprehensive inspections to evaluate the structural integrity of the foundations, removal of damaged sections, and the installation of a complaints and suggestions box aimed at gathering feedback directly from beneficiaries.

The initiative includes the reconstruction and rehabilitation of the damaged portion of the girls' vocational secondary school. This effort aims to create a secure and conducive environment for learning, with the school expected to accommodate around 300 students once completed.

Additionally, the rehabilitation project extends to community facilities across the city, which are projected to benefit approximately 1,600 residents. This endeavor is a part of Saudi Arabia's broader humanitarian mission, executed through KSrelief, with the objective of supporting the Syrian populace and mitigating their hardships.
