New York:Advisor at the Royal Court and Supervisor General of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Rabeeah, met with UN High Commissioner for Refugees Barham Salih during the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the meeting focused on enhancing cooperation and coordinating efforts to support refugees and displaced persons globally. Both parties discussed ways to alleviate the suffering of vulnerable populations through joint humanitarian and relief efforts.
Barham Salih praised the significant role of Saudi Arabia, especially through KSrelief, in providing urgent relief and emergency assistance. He also emphasized the strategic partnership between the two entities in addressing refugee needs.
