Gaza: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) signed a joint executive program with the Saudi Center for Culture and Heritage to implement an emergency response project aimed at sponsoring orphans and families who have lost their breadwinners in the Gaza Strip. This initiative underscores a commitment to providing vital assistance amidst challenging circumstances in the region.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the program will include monthly sponsorship payments of $100, along with the provision of clothing, school bags, and stationery. Additionally, it emphasizes recreational activities and toy distributions for orphans to enhance their social and economic security. These efforts aim to create a supportive environment for the affected children and their families.
The project is set to directly benefit 1,500 orphaned boys and girls while indirectly aiding 4,500 family members and caregivers. To ensure transparency and efficiency, the initiative incorporates mechanisms for digital verification, disbursement, accountability, and safe referral. This comprehensive approach seeks to maximize the impact and reach of the assistance provided.
