Riyadh: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) launched Wednesday the 2026 winter clothing distribution project, 'Kanaf,' in the desert areas of Yemen's Wadi Hadhramaut (Hadhramaut Valley). The project aims to distribute 2,085 sets of winter clothing to the neediest families to alleviate the effects of the severe cold wave affecting the region.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the assistance comes within the framework of the relief and humanitarian efforts provided by the Kingdom through its humanitarian arm, KSrelief, to ease the suffering of the brotherly Yemeni people amid the ongoing humanitarian crisis. The initiative is part of KSrelief's broader strategy to provide essential support to areas facing harsh climatic conditions, ensuring that vulnerable families receive the necessary aid to endure the challenging winter months.
