Hajjah: The mobile medical clinics of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) at Waalan Camp for displaced persons in Yemen's Hajjah Governorate continued to provide treatment services. During February, the clinics served 238 beneficiaries, including a significant number of patients across various specialized clinics.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the clinics attended to 88 patients at the epidemic diseases control clinic, 67 beneficiaries at the internal medicine clinic, 50 cases at the emergency clinic, and 11 cases at the reproductive health clinic. Additionally, 22 beneficiaries visited the health awareness and education department, highlighting the importance of preventive care and education.
The accompanying services provided by the clinics were extensive. Medications were dispensed to 214 individuals, ensuring ongoing treatment and management of conditions. The nursing services department attended to 210 patients, demonstrating the critical role of nursing in patient care. Furthermore, nine persons visited the surgery and wound care clinic, where they received necessary interventions, and eight waste-disposal activities were conducted to maintain a clean and safe environment.
