KSrelief Organizes Discussion Session on the 2026 Yemen Humanitarian Response Plan

Riyadh: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) organized a discussion session today at its headquarters in Riyadh on the 2026 Yemen Humanitarian Response Plan. The session was held in cooperation with the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), with the participation of Advisor to the Supervisor General of the KSrelief and Director of the Partnerships and International Relations Department Dr. Hana Omar; representatives of relevant departments within the KSrelief; the United Nations Resident Coordinator and Humanitarian Coordinator in Yemen Julien Harneis; and a delegation from the United Nations. According to Saudi Press Agency, the session was also attended by representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen, UN organizations, donor agencies, and representatives of foreign embassies in the Kingdom. The session explored providing a technical platform to discuss the 2026 Yemen Huma nitarian Response Plan, as well as consolidating the main priorities and operational mechanisms, and facilitating the plan's early adoption as the basic framework for meeting humanitarian needs in Yemen in 2026.
