Madinah: The Madinah Health Cluster has launched the Care Link system, an integrated digital platform designed to manage and coordinate patient care by linking various services and digital channels into a unified system.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Care Link provides patients with access to a wide range of services, including in-person and virtual booking appointments, appointment tracking, prescription viewing, and coordination of inpatient and emergency services through a unified number and barcode.
The launch of the system is part of the cluster's efforts to advance digital transformation in the healthcare sector and strengthen integration among healthcare facilities, aimed at enhancing the patient experience and improving service quality.
