Mina: Kidana Development Company has completed the replacement and upgrade of fire and cooling networks in the tent areas of Mina ahead of the 1447 AH Hajj season, as part of efforts to enhance infrastructure efficiency and safety.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the project covered 188 residential zones comprising 565 tents, with a total network length of 339,000 linear meters, carried out in four phases. The initiative replaces outdated systems with modern networks that meet high technical standards. This improvement aims to enhance safety, reduce the risk of malfunctions and leaks, and ensure reliable cooling and uninterrupted services during the Hajj season.
The upgrade also aims to enhance maintenance efficiency and help provide a safer, more comfortable environment for pilgrims. By implementing these changes, the company seeks to ensure that the infrastructure can withstand the demands of the Hajj season, offering improved services and safety for all pilgrims.
