Mauritanian President Meets with Vice Foreign Minister to Discuss Bilateral Relations

Dakar: President Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania met on Monday with Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Waleed ElKhereiji on the sidelines of the Dakar International Forum on Peace and Security in Africa, held in the Senegalese capital, Dakar. During the meeting, ElKhereiji conveyed to the Mauritanian president the greetings of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, together with their wishes of continued progress and prosperity for the Mauritanian government and people.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the Mauritanian president extended his greetings and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, to HRH the Crown Prince, and to the Saudi government and people. During the meeting, the two sides reviewed aspects of Saudi-Mauritanian relations, as well as regional issues and the efforts being undertaken in this regard.
