Head of Jeddah Astronomy Society Majed Abu Zahra explained that the hazy band across the sky represents an edge-on view of our galaxy, with summer nights offering prime viewing toward its dense core of stars, gas, and cosmic dust. The absence of moonlight in coming evenings further enhances visibility.
