Riyadh: Minister of Justice Walid Al-Samaani has directed the launch of an electronic power of attorney service for the business sector through the Najiz Business portal. This initiative aims to support the business sector and streamline judicial transactions.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the service aligns with the Kingdom's digital transformation efforts and enhances the business environment by enabling company representatives to issue powers of attorney electronically with greater ease and convenience.
Beneficiaries can issue powers of attorney electronically in a few simple steps, available 24/7 through the Najiz portal.
