Riyadh: The Ministry of Culture will participate as a strategic partner in the LEAP 2025 conference, scheduled to take place from February 9 to 12 at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham, north of Riyadh. The event will be organized under the theme "Into New Worlds."
According to Saudi Press Agency, the ministry's participation will include a digital environment within its pavilion, offering visitors an opportunity to explore various cultural activities and landmarks across the Kingdom. The pavilion is set to highlight the ministry's key initiatives, which utilize modern technologies to promote Saudi culture and drive digital transformation within the cultural sector.
As part of its engagement in the conference, the ministry plans to launch two digital platforms: one focused on Saudi libraries and another for cultural learning. These platforms aim to broaden access to knowledge and culture for all segments of society through Saudi digital theater.
Furthermore, the ministry will formalize its commitment to innovation in the cultural sector by signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Oracle Systems Limited. This agreement underscores the ministry's dedication to employing advanced digital solutions to foster creativity and innovation.
The ministry's participation in LEAP 2025 aligns with its broader efforts to support digital transformation within the cultural sector. It aims to reinforce the Kingdom's position as a hub for cultural creativity and innovation while utilizing cutting-edge technologies to showcase Saudi culture on both local and global stages.
