Ministry of Hajj and Umrah Intensifies Inspections as Pilgrim Arrivals Increase

Riyadh: The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah continues its field inspection tours to monitor the readiness of service sites as pilgrim arrivals to the Kingdom increase, enhancing compliance and improving the quality of services provided to pilgrims.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the tours covered pilgrims' accommodations, hospitality centers, catering facilities, transportation services, and reception and grouping sites. These inspections are conducted in coordination with the Ministry of Tourism and relevant authorities to ensure full operational readiness and verify compliance with approved requirements related to accommodation, catering, transportation, guidance, and support services.

Teams from the compliance center are documenting field observations and referring them to the relevant entities. They are also following up on response and processing measures, with a focus on sites directly linked to the arrival phase, accommodations, and hospitality centers during the current period.
