Ministry of Interior’s Civil Affairs Agency Showcases Digital Office at LEAP 2026

Riyadh: The Ministry of Interior's Civil Affairs Agency is showcasing a pilot version of the Digital Office to visitors at the Ministry of Interior pavilion at LEAP 2026. The initiative aims to provide civil affairs services at several vital locations, such as hospitals and airports, and facilitate beneficiaries' access to services and completion of procedures easily and conveniently.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the Digital Office verifies beneficiaries' identities before services are provided, ensuring the reliability of procedures. It also allows beneficiaries to inquire about their transactions and communicate remotely with specialists to complete the required procedures without visiting the Civil Affairs Agency offices.

The digital solution reflects the agency's approach to using modern technologies to develop its services, expand access to them, reduce the time and effort required from beneficiaries, enhance service quality, and improve the experience of citizens and residents.
