Mishkat Center Launches Summer Camp on Future of Energy

Riyadh: Mishkat Interactive Center, an initiative of the King Abdullah City for Atomic and Renewable Energy (K.A.CARE), is scheduled to launch its summer camp for this year on July 12 under a theme focusing on the future of energy. The camp targets more than 200 students aged 9 to 12, aiming to develop their knowledge and skills in renewable energy and enhance their interest in science and related technologies in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the camp will run through August 6 and features three learning tracks based on experiential learning and STEAM skills. The program covers topics including solar energy, nuclear energy, wind energy, the circular carbon economy, and hydrogen, in addition to interactive activities designed to develop innovation and programming skills through a combination of learning and hands-on application.

The initiative is part of K.A.CARE's efforts to promote knowledge in the field of energy and help prepare a generation capable of keeping pace with future transformations in the energy sector.
