Municipalities Ministry Highlights Efforts to Develop Real Estate System at Future Forum

Riyadh: The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing is participating in the Real Estate Future Forum (RFF2026) in Riyadh from January 26 to 28 to showcase its ongoing efforts to develop the real estate system. This initiative aims to promote sustainable growth and improve quality of life in alignment with its strategic objectives and Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the forum highlights several key themes, including global real estate market trends, smart urban development models, sustainability, digital transformation, and the role of modern legislation in attracting both local and foreign investment.

The forum is recognized as one of the Kingdom's leading national and international platforms for dialogue on the future of the real estate sector. It facilitates the exchange of best practices among top experts, investors, and decision-makers from Saudi Arabia and around the world.

The ministry is also presenting its smart city development initiatives and integrated projects. These initiatives support the creation of sustainable residential communities and drive job creation and economic growth across multiple regions.
