Riyadh: The National Center for Meteorology (NCM) forecast rainfall exceeding seasonal averages across most regions of the Kingdom during October, with climate indicators suggesting precipitation could extend into November.
According to Saudi Press Agency, NCM spokesperson Hussein Al-Qahtani stated that the outlook covers all 13 regions, with rainfall amounts varying by area.
Al-Qahtani noted that detailed weather bulletins specifying timing and affected zones will be issued as dates approach, urging the public to follow official meteorological reports for updates.
