Makkah:The National Center for Meteorology (NCM) has heightened its alert level to red due to anticipated severe weather conditions in Makkah. This alert warns of heavy rainfall combined with strong winds, zero horizontal visibility, flash floods, hail, and thunderstorms.
According to Saudi Press Agency, these adverse weather conditions are expected to persist until 1100 p.m.
