Riyadh: New Murabba, a Public Investment Fund company, has signed a partnership agreement with the American firm Parsons, appointing the firm as the Infrastructure Lead Design Consultant (ILDC) for the first phase of its landmark development. This collaboration aims to establish the technical foundation necessary to activate Phase 1 and support the future phases of Riyadh's new downtown.
According to Saudi Press Agency, as the Infrastructure Lead Design Consultant, Parsons will be responsible for overseeing the design and integration of New Murabba's core utilities, mobility systems, and transportation networks. The firm is tasked with converting concept designs into detailed, constructible solutions that will form the backbone of the destination's long-term growth. This role is crucial in ensuring that New Murabba's infrastructure aligns with the destination's ambition to deliver a smart, sustainable, and connected urban environment.
