Riyadh: The environment, water and agriculture committee at the Northern Borders Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture's Northern Borders Region branch, has announced the opening of registration for engineering cooperation services for the 1447 AH rainfed farming season. The initiative is designed to target agricultural institutions, offices, and specialized engineering firms to enhance agricultural service quality and support farmers in the region during the upcoming rainfed agriculture season.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the ministry's branch reported that the total number of applicants for seasonal rainfed land requests for 1447 AH across the region's governorates reached 69,589. This significant number reflects the high interest and participation from agricultural entities eager to benefit from the available services.
The branch also indicated that the seasonal rainfed land application platform received 89,456 visitors. This statistic underscores the strong demand from farmers who are keen to capitalize on the rainfed agricultural season, seeking the necessary support and services to optimize their farming practices.
