Jadidat arar: Deputy Governor of Northern Borders Region Prince Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz inspected the Jadidat Arar land border crossing yesterday to review operations and assess the readiness of security and service agencies operating at the crossing.
According to Saudi Press Agency, during the visit, the deputy governor was briefed on the operational plans and procedures implemented to serve pilgrims and facilitate the smooth movement of travelers through the crossing. The inspection tour included an evaluation of the border crossing building, passenger lanes, and the bus arrivals hall.
The deputy governor also reviewed the Pilgrims City and the services provided to pilgrims, and toured the commercial exchange area to observe operational workflows and organizational procedures. Additionally, he inspected the joint operations room, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah Center, the Jadidat Arar Hospital, and the external security checkpoint to review the level of preparedness and coordination among the relevant authorities.
