Nusuk Care Centers Provide Support and Guidance for Pilgrims

Makkah: The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah urged pilgrims to benefit from the Nusuk Care centers located across Makkah, the holy sites, Madinah, and Jeddah, highlighting the field services they provide to support and guide pilgrims.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the ministry explained that the centers provide guidance and orientation services, respond to inquiries, receive reports, and assist pilgrims in reaching their destinations within the holy sites.

It added that Nusuk Care includes 38 centers and more than 160 service points distributed across pilgrims' gathering areas, supported by field teams and mobile units to facilitate access to services in various locations.

Since the beginning of Dhu Al-Qadah, the Nusuk Care centers have provided more than 130,000 services to pilgrims, including guidance, responses to inquiries, support related to the Nusuk application, handling reports, and assisting pilgrims at their locations.
