NWC Completes SAR95 Million Water Networks in Muhayil Aseer to Serve 49,000 Residents

Riyadh: The National Water Company (NWC) has completed the implementation of a water networks project in Muhayil Aseer Governorate, with a cost of SAR95 million, serving several districts within the governorate. This project is part of the company's efforts to enhance operational efficiency in the water sector, expand coverage in Aseer region, and provide reliable, sustainable water services, aligning with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and improving quality of life.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the company has begun operating the drinking water system in several districts of Muhayil Aseer after installing main lines and networks exceeding 226 kilometers in length, ensuring service for over 49,000 people. The districts benefiting from this service include Al-Khalidiya, Al-Faisaliya, Al-Dars 1 and 2, Al-Nuzha, Al-Shahid, Al-Nazir, Al-Waad, Al-Balad, Al-Badie, Al-Hila, Al-Salamah, and Al-Janadriyah.
