Jeddah-- The Secretary General of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Hissein Brahim Taha, received on 24 November 2022, in his office, Secretary of the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF) Guiling A Mamondiong.
The Secretary General expressed the importance that OIC attaches to the well-being of Muslim Communities and Minorities all over the world. For his part, the Secretary of NCMF expressed his faith in the work carried out by the OIC as an organisation representative of the Muslim World.
Both sides discussed the conditions of Muslims living in the Philippines and the prospects of ongoing peace process in Southern Philippines.
