Over 21,000 Fasting Individuals Gather at Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Iftar Program in Indonesia’s Grand Mosque

Surabaya: More than 21,500 fasting individuals gathered at the Iftar tables of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' Ramadan Program at the Al-Akbar National Mosque in Surabaya, one of the largest mosques in Indonesia, in a scene that embodied the highest values of Islamic solidarity.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, represented by the religious attach© at the Saudi Embassy in Indonesia, implemented the program in a spiritually uplifting atmosphere. The distribution of Iftar meals coincided with the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' gift of premium dates, creating a heartfelt scene marked by gratitude and joy.

This program is part of an integrated ecosystem of charitable initiatives carried out by the Kingdom during the holy month of Ramadan across several countries worldwide. It reaffirms Saudi Arabia's message of moderation and balance and reflects its longstanding humanitarian role in supporting Muslim communities-providing iftar meals wherever fasting individuals are in need, and where hearts await moments of gratitude.
