Madinah: A panel discussion titled 'Artificial Intelligence and Enabling the Experience of Umrah Performers and Visitors' was held today as part of the Umrah and Ziyarah Forum, organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in cooperation with the Pilgrim Experience Program in Madinah, with the participation of a number of specialists in the field.
According to Saudi Press Agency, participants discussed the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in enhancing the experience of Umrah performers and visitors by analyzing end-to-end journey data and delivering personalized services.
The session also showcased innovative models for leveraging advanced technologies throughout the pilgrim journey, contributing to higher levels of satisfaction and enabling a seamless and integrated experience.
