Pilgrims Begin Collecting Pebbles in Muzdalifah Amid Comprehensive Services

Muzdalifah: Pilgrims began collecting pebbles for the stoning ritual upon arriving at the holy site of Muzdalifah from Arafat, in preparation for performing the ritual of stoning Jamrat Al-Aqaba on the first day of Eid Al-Adha, amid a spiritual atmosphere marked by security and tranquility and under an integrated organizational system.

According to Saudi Press Agency, pilgrims settled across the grounds of Muzdalifah, spending their time in supplication, remembrance of Allah, and recitation of the Holy Quran, while pedestrian routes and movement flows were highly smooth under the supervision of the relevant authorities, which mobilized all capabilities to serve pilgrims and facilitate their movement.

Government and service sectors continue to implement their operational plans in Muzdalifah by providing healthcare and emergency services, managing crowd movement, securing transportation, and conducting cleanliness efforts and field guidance services, ensuring pilgrims' comfort and safety during their movement between the holy sites.

Pilgrims will spend the night in Muzdalifah following the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), before heading at dawn on the Day of Sacrifice to Mina to perform the ritual of stoning Jamrat Al-Aqaba and complete the remaining Hajj rituals.
