Riyadh: The 35th edition of the Restatex Real Estate Exhibition 2026 will be held from February 11 to 14 at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center. Held under the patronage of Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majed Al-Hogail, the event will host government agencies, real estate companies, developers, and investors.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the event will feature the first PropNext forum, a dedicated platform for discussions on real estate topics, including legislation, financing solutions, investment opportunities, and emerging development trends. The Restatex exhibition provides a platform for presenting real estate projects, discussing regulatory and investment issues, and sharing expertise among stakeholders to improve sector efficiency and support the requirements of future urban development.
